01 / CAPABILITIES

Explore the design in depth.

01

Build the vacuum system.

Define custom chambers and connect ports, flanges, pumps, and gas sources in dimensioned layouts—from a single chamber to a differentially pumped instrument.

02

Predict vacuum performance.

Explore pressure distributions, pump-down behavior, and achievable base pressure. Account for conductance, gas feeds, leaks, seal permeation, and material outgassing within stated operating limits.

03

Follow contamination.

Track released molecules as they travel through an instrument, collide with surfaces, stick, desorb, and accumulate on sensitive components.

04

Explore temperature and surfaces.

Examine contaminant capture on cold surfaces and how temperature history, loading, and material properties affect cleanliness, bakeout, and regeneration.

02 / MODELING APPROACH

Know what a
prediction rests on.

Guild Control is being built as a standalone desktop application, with a modular architecture for progressively deeper analytical models, numerical molecular transport, and finite-element analysis.

Our development approach emphasizes traceable assumptions, independent verification, and a clear distinction between experimental capabilities and validated predictions.

LATER RELEASE

Connect vacuum design and modeling.

Integration with GuildCAD is planned for a later version. The first alpha focuses on system layout, vacuum performance, contamination transport, and thermal and surface models.
